Neither our traditional political structures or sitting MPs have proved capable of continuing British people’s appetite for change. But if you want to ensure the decision to leave the European Union isn’t solely left to our political elites, INVOKE DEMOCRACY NOW! must build a coalition to respect the vote and follow the wishes of 17.4 million people.

To keep the pressure on, contact your MP today and we’ll publish their reply.

Dear, [INSERT ELECTED RESPRESENTATIVE’S NAME],

I am writing to you in support of Invoke Democracy Now!’s politically impartial campaign to promote and discuss the future of our democratic rights and freedoms outside of the European Union.

As my representative, you [did/did not] reflect my views in the run up to the EU Referendum campaign and since the 23rd June, I have become quite concerned with how many MPs have talked so casually about trying to disregard or undermine the will of the electorate.

I hope you will support my belief that Britain stands the best chance outside of the European Union if we continue to uphold our commitment to democracy. When a majority of MPs voted in favour of the Referendum Act and the government promised to honour the public’s decision, this means respecting the Referendum’s outcome and acting upon it without delay.

I look forward to to hearing how your energies will be focused on securing the best deal for our country’s future outside the European Union.

Yours sincerely,
